For the last few years, Spectrecom Films has produced the annual promo video for the Balfour Beatty London Youth Games. 2015 is no different, and the video we’ve made, starring Rugby World Cup winner Maggie Alphonsi, has just been released online.

For more than 35 years now, the London Youth Games has brought together tens of thousands of young people from across the capital’s boroughs to complete in a wide array of sports.

It’s a fantastic event, and it’s provided a platform for a host of future British sporting stars including Steve Backley, Rio Ferdinand, Luol Deng, Bradley Wiggins, Christine Ohuruogu, Joanna Rowsell and David Weir.

Not to mention Maggie Alphonsi, who was a key member of the England team that this summer won the Women’s Rugby World Cup in Paris.

We recently welcomed Maggie here to Waterloo Film Studios, where she was given the opportunity to show off her presenting skills. Here’s the video – and if you want to know more about the 2015 London Youth Games, visit their website.
