Last month saw the launch of the debut collaboration between Spectrecom and the University of Bedfordshire, in the shape of a new online student recruitment film which has already been viewed more than 7,000 times online.

So positive was that collaboration that we hoped it would be but the first of many projects for Bedfordshire, and lo and behold, so it’s proved – with our sparkling new cinema ad on behalf of the University making its bow this weekend.

Entitled Begin, Build, Believe, the film delivers a colossal dose of feel-good uplift over the course of its 30 seconds. And as well as playing in local cinemas around the University, there is an online version for you to take a look at.

Very early days yet, but we’re delighted to see that the ad’s already picked up more than 2,000 YouTube views in just a couple of days.

All credit to the crew who turned the Spectrecom creative team’s concept into reality, they being Peter Ford (director), Florence Hill (producer), Ben Kent (DoP), Ionut Apetroae (gaffer), Kieron Hodges (grip), Alex Kerr (sound), Christabel Franklin (hair & makeup) and Rich Butterworth (editor).
