Waterloo Film TV Studio Hire - Terms of Use

Prices and Booking Confirmation

Upon request of the film studio hire, we will send a "booking confirmation" form for you to complete and return. A deposit of 50% is required to book the film studios. The remainder of the fee, including charges for additional film and video production services, should be settled by the client on or before the last day of the film studio hire. All prices quoted exclusive of VAT, charged at 17.5%.

Studio Hours

The booking is for 10 hours, ie. 8am - 6pm, unless arranged otherwise.

Overtime Rates

Overtime for the studio is charged at 15% of the daily hire charge, per hour 

Electricity Usage

All of Spectrecom's energy is supplied by Ecotricity on the 100% green tariff. Energy on this tariff is from renewable sources.
