VAT is charged on all prices quoted, at 15%

50% is payable before day of shoot, to secure the booking.

The 10 hour hire covers the 1500' sq TV white studio (can be repainted) with all lighting and support facilities.  This includes the Studio Manager, Green Room, Kitchen, Dressing Room and Makeup Room.  We also offer other facilities charged by separate negotiation, including:

• Black / Green / Blue Screen repainting
• Set Builds (materials and labour)
• Production Office space
• Choice of on-site Catering

Productions come here because we are extremely affordable, easy to get to, and we offer a fully integrated professional facility that's attracted hundreds of different clients to film TV programmes, idents, commercials, web virals, music videos, photo shoots and corporate video.  All in all, we deliver fantastic value.  Nothing gives us greater satisfaction than to see clients leaving our studio with a highly successful shoot in the can.

The Spectrecom Studio is in the Faircharm Studios complex on Deptford Creek, an area officially designated as a Creative Hub by Creative London & the London Development Agency.  A burgeoning hive of creativity, the internationally renowned Laban centre is just down the road, as well as the increasingly resurgent Deptford High Street, with The Deptford Project leading the way.
