All the scripts were written by our in-house scriptwriters in collaboration with the MindEd clinicians and contributors in order to incorporate the key information in a clear and engaging way. This included informative pieces to camera, voiceovers and even dramatised dialogues.
We also entrusted the creation of the animations to our in-house animator, Nic Durber, who spent three weeks creating a variety of different animation themes – from illustrations to retro gaming styles – in order to give the films added visual appeal.
Directed by filmmaker, Chris Karageorgiou, the series needed to pack in a lot of information without compromising on production value, and the end result proves that we did exactly that.
What was the result?
The result was a suite of films that succeeded in educating parents and carers about child and adolescent mental health in a bold, eye-catching way that informed as well as engaged.
The client was delighted with the result and we are already in discussion with them about the next series to be aimed at medical professionals.
Indeed, in our client’s own words:
“Spectrecom’s assistance with scripting the films was first class and they completed all edits and amendments in a timely manner.
Overall, the professionalism and finished quality of the films was absolutely fantastic”
