Mental Health Foundation - Mindfulness Video Project

Founded in 1949, the Mental Health Foundation is a leading UK charity that provides information, carries out research, campaigns and works to improve services for anyone affected by mental health problems, whatever their age and wherever they live. 

Video (1) Professor Mark Williams talks about mindfulness meditation as an alternative treatment for depression.

Video (2) Dr Andrew McCulloch, CEO of the Mental Health Foundation, talks about the research that his Foundation has undertaken around Mindfulness as a treatment for recurrent depression and the campaign to increase availability of mindfulness treatments on the NHS.
