A few weeks ago, we told you about a pair of videos we produced for Shelter, which of course is the UK’s leading housing and homelessness charity.

The brief for the videos was to find a creative approach to conveying all the important information about renters’ rights and house repairs.

For the renters’ rights film, we used a split-screen mini-drama to bring a conversation between a stressed tenant and a Shelter adviser to life. For the repairs film, we used a tour round a house, with a host of props being cunningly used to get the all-important advice across.

Those full-length videos are online now, and they have been joined by quick-fire versions which run for just 15 seconds each. Here’s the home repairs mini-film…

And here’s the cut-down renters’ rights video.
