The corridors of Waterloo Film Studios are often alive with song – usually courtesy of Eamon giving us a ditty while he repaints one of the green screens. Today, however, it’s the Bright Tones of Kenco providing the soundtrack, as we play host to an eight-hour live stream of Twitter-powered musical improv.
The Noise Next Door are a comedy improv quintet renowned for their sublime skill at whipping up side-splitting ditties at the merest drop of a hat. And it’s this collective talent that’s been called upon by Kenco and agency Proximity London to promote the former’s Millicano Sunlight Blend line.
As such, The Noise Next Door have been temporarily renamed the Bright Tones and pressed into action as the star turn in an epic eight-hour live stream, during which they have been creating dozens of new songs based on tweets sent in by viewers using the hash tag #brightenmyday.
This live video stream is taking place right here at Waterloo Film Studios, with the Spectrecom Films team handling shooting and production duties. The band have been going since 9.30 this morning, and are wrapping up at 5.30 this evening, so there’s still plenty of chance to get your request in.
