The circle of life scene which opens the film has been hacked by the Dutch animation studio – Studio Smack, who have removed all of the animals in a bid to raise awareness of the plight of African wildlife.
With animation and digital manipulation software becoming more powerful as well as easier to use we can expect to see a lot more of these kinds of ‘video remixes and revisions’ in video advertising.
