Planking and Owling, two memes that whilst are occasionally funny serve no purpose whatsoever. #Mamming is a new craze started by Breast Cancer Awareness, and it comes with an excellent video production.

The project was created by two female advertising creatives one of whom has survived breast cancer and contains a strong yet hilarious call to action urging women to check their breasts once in a while.

Like many video marketing campaigns these days the ad is accompanied with an Instagram call to action encouraging women to share their #mamming experiences with their friends.
