Steve Milton: Creative Director

After university in 1998, Steve found work sound dubbing for Partridge Films in Bristol. Here, Steve found an outlet for another of his passions, music, and he composed and orchestrated a number of pieces that were used in his programmes.

After a year he moved to London where he joined LWT’s The Lab, the maker of London’s regional television programmes. In just 4 years Steve rose from sound post-production, through editing and camera to production roles, going on to produce and direct series like Dinner Dates, Artworks and London’s Scariest Mysteries, and occasionally he was seconded to Adlab where he produced and directed a series of television commercials.

Steve left the Lab at the end of 2003 and worked in freelance production roles for September Films, Endemol, and Granada. Steve recently produced and directed our excellent programme for the Soil Association, From Crop to Crumble, and he’s responsible for Spectrecom’s creative brief.

He heads up the editing team and oversees all of our shoots and our post-production work. Steve has been the camera operator for Saga, the Starwood Group, and many of our university clients, and he’s produced some of the most enduring and memorable images for our archives.

Steve lives in Bristol and when he’s not shooting, he divides his time between our London and Bristol offices.
